Privacy Policy

• Account info. Your email address, and (if you sign up via Google) your name and profile photo from Google.
• Things you put into LoopBak. Contacts you add, revenue streams, goals, weekly pulse check-ins, chat messages with the AI coach, and any notes or interactions you log.
• Usage data. Standard server logs (timestamps, IP, user agent) generated when your browser talks to our servers.
• Push notification tokens. If you enable web push, we store the subscription endpoint your browser provides so we can deliver notifications.

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by LoopBak. We keep only what we need to know what you are entitled to: a Stripe customer reference, your subscription status, your plan, and when the current period ends.

• To sign you in and keep your session active.
• To generate your weekly action plan, follow-up suggestions, and opportunity alerts using your contacts, pulse data, and goals.
• To send transactional email — waitlist confirmations, important account notices, and (only if you opt in) coach-drafted outreach messages you choose to send.
• To deliver web push notifications you've opted into (reminders, weekly check-ins).
• To improve LoopBak — but we do nottrain AI models on your private data. See "AI" below.

We use a small number of trusted vendors to run LoopBak. Each handles a specific slice of your data and is bound by their own data-protection terms.

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• Vercel — application hosting and edge infrastructure.
• Anthropic — the AI model behind the coach and weekly plan generation. Anthropic does not retain your prompts for model training under their commercial API terms.
• Resend — outbound email delivery (waitlist, transactional).
• Firecrawl— web search results when the AI coach looks up public information you've asked it about.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe handles your card details under their own privacy policy; we never receive them.
• Google — sign-in (only if you choose Google OAuth).

We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing analytics.

The AI coach reads the contacts, pulse data, goals, and chat history you provide so it can help you act on them. We send this content to Anthropic at request time only; Anthropic does not retain it for training under their commercial API terms. Conversations and generated plans are stored in your LoopBak account so you can revisit them — they are visible only to you.

We use one essential cookie — your Supabase auth session — to keep you logged in. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics scripts.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently remove your contacts, interactions, plans, chat history, and account info within 30 days (subject to standard backup-rotation windows of up to 90 days).

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Some of this is built into the app (settings, account deletion); for anything you can't do yourself, email julian@loopbak.ai and we'll handle it within 30 days.

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA — including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Same email works for any of these requests.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS everywhere) and at rest (via Supabase's managed Postgres). Auth uses industry-standard JWT sessions with rotating refresh tokens. We're a small operation — if you spot a security issue, please tell us at julian@loopbak.ai.

LoopBak is intended for users 16 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the account.

If we make material changes, we'll email registered users and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page before the changes take effect.
