Terms of Use

You need an account to use LoopBak, and you must be 16 or older. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current. One person per account — don't share credentials.

LoopBak helps you track relationships, revenue streams, and goals, and uses AI to generate weekly action plans, follow-up suggestions, and opportunity alerts. It is a tool for organizing your own work.

It is not professional advice. The AI coach produces suggestions based on the information you give it. It can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. Nothing LoopBak outputs is financial, legal, tax, or career advice, and you should use your own judgment before acting on it. Business decisions you make are yours.

LoopBak offers a free tier and two paid subscriptions:

• Pro — $19 per month. Unlimited contacts and revenue streams, 10 coach messages per day, live web scanning, and coach-drafted outreach.
• Pro Plus — $39 per month. Everything in Pro, with 30 coach messages per day and deeper web research per turn.

Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

Cancelling.You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid access until then, and you won't be charged again. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings instead.

Refunds.Payments are generally non-refundable, and we don't prorate partial periods. That said, we're a small operation and we'd rather you be happy than technically correct — if something went wrong, email julian@loopbak.ai and we'll sort it out. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy.

Price changes.If we change subscription pricing, we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then if you'd rather not continue.

If you downgrade. The free tier has limits on contacts, revenue streams, and follow-ups. If you cancel while above those limits, we do not delete anything— your existing data stays intact and readable. You simply can't add new items until you're back under the limit or resubscribe.

Everything you put into LoopBak — contacts, notes, goals, pulse entries, chat messages — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to store your content, display it back to you, and process it through the AI so LoopBak can do its job.

You're responsible for the content you add, including having the right to store other people's contact details and using them lawfully. If you use the coach to draft outreach, you are the sender of those messages and responsible for complying with anti-spam and privacy laws where you and your recipients are.

Don't use LoopBak to:

• Send spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Break the law, infringe someone's rights, or violate someone's privacy.
• Attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute LoopBak, or scrape it to build a competing product.
• Attempt to circumvent tier limits, rate limits, or billing.

LoopBak runs on Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Resend, Firecrawl, and Stripe, and can sign you in via Google, Apple, or Facebook. Your use of LoopBak is also subject to those providers' terms where relevant. We describe what each one handles in our Privacy Policy.

We'll do our best to keep LoopBak running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel.

You can stop using LoopBak and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or that we're legally required to act on. If we terminate your account without cause while you're on a paid plan, we'll refund the unused portion of that period.

LoopBak is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be error-free or that AI output will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to LoopBak is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

If we make material changes, we'll email registered users and update the "last updated" date above before the changes take effect. Continuing to use LoopBak after that means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless your local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
