The AI manager for independent artists.

LoopBak is the AI that watches your backso the deals you’re working don’t slip through the cracks.

Last year, independent artists lost an average of $14,000 to follow-ups they forgot to send. LoopBak tracks your emails, contacts, and opportunities, and tells you exactly what to do each Monday. Built by a touring musician, for independent artists.

You know that feeling?

It’s Sunday night. You’re scrolling through your phone before bed. And out of nowhere it hits you. You forgot to email Sarah back. That music supervisor who said your track would be perfect for the project she’s working on. You meant to follow up. That was three weeks ago.

You feel that small drop in your stomach. The one that says: how many other Sarahs are there?

How many opportunities did you lose this year because something fell through the cracks? How many DMs went unanswered? How many curators added your song to a playlist and you never thanked them, so they never added another? How many sample pack ideas died on a Notes app page because you never came back to them?

You’re not lazy. You’re not failing. You’re a working artist with too much going on, no manager, no team, and no system. You’re trying to remember everyone, track everything, and execute on it all with your brain. And your brain is full.

Every one of those moments
is money you’re leaving on the table.

Imagine waking up Monday morning
and already knowing what to do.

It’s Monday. You’re up. Coffee. Phone. You open LoopBak.

There it is. Your week, already mapped out for you. Five priority follow-ups, ranked by who’s most likely to make you money this month. Sarah is at the top. So is the curator who added you to that playlist. So is the producer friend you’ve been meaning to collab with for a year. Each one comes with the exact reason why they matter right now. Plus a draft message you can copy and send.

Three action items for the week. Specific. Measurable. Tied to your actual goals. Not generic advice you’ve heard a hundred times.

Two opportunity alerts. A sync brief that matches your sound dropped last night. The deadline is Friday. LoopBak caught it for you.

You sit there for a second. You realize you don’t feel anxious. You don’t feel behind. You don’t feel like you’re forgetting something.

For the first time in years, you feel ahead of your career instead of underneath it.

You’re not the kind of artist who forgets things anymore. You’re the kind of artist who has their shit together. The kind who closes loops. The kind who shows up when it matters. The kind labels and supervisors and producers actually want to work with, because you’re the one who follows through.

LoopBak doesn’t change you. It just removes the thing that was holding you back. Nobody ever taught you how to run the business side of being an artist. So LoopBak is the manager you couldn’t afford. The assistant you didn’t have. The brain you wish you had two of.

That’s what LoopBak does.
It hands you your week.

Three steps. Thirty seconds.
That’s all it takes.

01

Tell LoopBak how your week is going

A 30-second pulse check every Monday. Up, flat, or down for each of your income streams. That's the entire input from you. You're done.

02

LoopBak does the thinking

While you're getting your day started, LoopBak cross-references your revenue trends, your relationships, your goals, and your history. It figures out what matters this week so you don't have to.

03

Open your phone. Know exactly what to do.

Your week, handed to you. Who to follow up with. What to focus on. What opportunities to chase. No dashboards. No data to interpret. Just direction.

That’s it. You don’t import contacts. You don’t connect APIs. You don’t fill out a 40-question intake form. LoopBak is built for the way you actually work. Fast, mobile, in between sessions.

Built by an artist who lived this.
For artists living it now.

Never lose another lead

Every contact in your network gets tracked, tagged, and tied to the income stream they affect. When that supervisor goes cold, LoopBak warns you before the relationship dies. When that producer mentions a brief, LoopBak makes sure it surfaces again.

Wake up to your week, already planned

Open LoopBak Monday morning and your week is sitting there waiting for you. Five priority follow-ups, three action items, your opportunity alerts. No staring at a blank schedule wondering where to start.

Hear your week, don't read it

coming soon

Some Mondays you don't want to read. You want to pour your coffee, throw on your headphones, and just listen. The Monday Morning Briefing reads your plan back to you in a 60-second voice note. Built for the artist on the move.

Catch opportunities before they close

coming soon

Sync briefs. Playlist windows. Festival deadlines. Brand campaigns looking for talent. LoopBak watches the industry for you and surfaces only the opportunities that actually match your profile. Most of these you'd have missed entirely.

See which relationships actually pay

coming soon

Log a deal. Tag the contact who made it happen. Over time, LoopBak shows you exactly which 5 people in your network generate 80% of your income. Then it makes sure those people never go cold again.

Get the manager you couldn't afford

A real manager costs $1,500 a month. LoopBak costs $19. This isn't a downgrade. It's a tool built for the way independent artists actually work.

Founder

I lost a sync placement worth $12,000. That’s why I built LoopBak.

It was 2022. I’d met a music supervisor at a session in LA. We hit it off. She loved my guitar work and said she had a project coming up that I’d be perfect for. She asked me to send her some demos.

I meant to. I really did.

But I was on tour. And then I was in the studio. And then I had a sample pack to finish. Every time I thought about emailing her, I thought, “I’ll do it tomorrow when I have time to do it right.” Six weeks went by. I finally sat down to write the email and got a notification that the project I would’ve been on had just dropped. With a different artist.

That placement would’ve paid $12,000.

And it wasn’t the first time. Or the second. Or the tenth.

I’d been an independent artist for over a decade. Music director and touring guitarist for artists like Justin Bieber, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Mary J. Blige, Ty Dolla $ign, and more. Sold sample packs on Splice. Released solo music that passed 3M+ streams. Built a following.

From the outside it looked like I had it together. From the inside, I was drowning.

Every Monday I’d sit down to plan my week and just stare at it. Six different income streams. Hundreds of contacts in my head. Zero system for any of it.

I couldn’t afford a real manager. The tools out there were built for labels, not for me. So I started sketching out what I actually needed. Something that would connect the dots between my money, my network, and my goals. Something that would just tell me what to do next.

That’s LoopBak. It’s the tool I wish I had the day I lost that $12,000 placement. I’m building it for every artist who’s losing their own version of that deal right now. And doesn’t even know it.

Reviews

What a week with LoopBak
actually looks like.

“LoopBak surfaced a contact I'd forgotten about for 8 months. I sent the message on Tuesday morning. By Friday I had a $4,500 sync deal closed. The app paid for itself for two decades in one week.”

Maya R., R&B producer, 47K monthly listeners

“I used to spend my Sundays in this anxiety spiral. What am I forgetting, what am I missing, what should I be doing. Now I open LoopBak on Monday and the answer is right there. I got my Sundays back.”

Devon K., session guitarist + sync writer

“My streaming was down for two months and I didn't even notice. LoopBak caught it the first week, told me to reach back out to three curator contacts I'd let go cold. Streaming was back up in three weeks. That's the whole pitch right there.”

Jordan T., indie pop artist
